Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For regular items, there is no MOQ requirement. However, for special items where we don't have raw materials in stock, the MOQ is 200-300kgs.
Q: What kind of packaging do you offer?
A: All our products are packaged in aluminum bags. We offer small packages in 20-50g sizes and bulk packages in 10kg sizes.
Q: Can you pack products with our brand?
A: Yes, we provide OEM service. We can supply bags printed with your design or assist you in creating your own brand design.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment via L/C, T/T, Paypal, and Cash. The payment terms are 30% TT in advance, with the balance payable as 70% TT before loading the cargo.
Q: Can I request and receive some samples?
A: You can request samples from our sales team via email. Our sample policy allows for free samples of items weighing less than 20g each (with a total quantity of less than 50g). You will only need to cover the shipping charges. For samples delivered by EMS, the shipping charges should be paid to our PayPal account or company account.
